I chose the yin-yang symbol for the company's logo because it represents the idea that two halves come together to create a balanced, more complete whole. Like the yin-yang, franchising is interdependent, which means we need each other to succeed. Franchisors need successful franchisees and franchisees need a successful franchisor to meet their mutual business goals and objectives. One doesn’t work without the other.

I founded Full Contact Franchising because of my passion for franchising and desire to help people and companies succeed. Franchising at its essence is about balance. It’s about striking the right balance between the franchisee and franchisor relationship and doing the right thing even when it can be difficult.”

Steve is a founder and former CEO of PostNet International Franchise Corporation (PostNet). Under Steve’s leadership, PostNet developed more than 660 franchises in the United States and 10 countries and was consistently recognized as a top franchise brand nationally and globally. In April of 2017, Steve sold the company and began to actively looking at other opportunities.

In October 2017, Steve was recruited by The Riverside Company and joined the group as CEO of ComForCare Health Care Holdings, LLC.  Steve led the transition to Best Life Brands over a two-year period during which the company acquired CarePatrol, the nation’s largest senior placement organization and Blue Moon Estate Sales, a leading estate sales franchise company.  

Steve has been a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) for more than two decades and is a well established speaker, mentor, and advocate for the franchising industry.
